MANITOBA
Assiniboine River, BRANDON April 12 the province issued a FLOOD WARNING between the Shellmouth Dam and the City of Brandon. Flooding in some low-lying areas began April 9. Currently, the river is above its banks in some parts of southwestern MB. Residents are reminded to stay safely away while the warning is in effect.

KIRKLAND LAKE April 16 STATE of EMERGENCY Due to Flooding Event (Update 6): The order remains in effect due to forecasted rain plus the anticipated snow melt. April 12 the order was put into effect following the unprecedented rainfall which caused the overflow of Murdoch Creek and Rand Creek and surcharged the Town's sanitary system.
