AI AND DRONES SPEEDING CLEAN-UP OF THE GREAT PACIFIC GARBAGE PATCH
The Ocean Cleanup team fine tunes technology to clean up with the CPGP while advocating for stronger action during World Expo 2025
“The GPGP is not the only place our Team is hard at work. We had a presence in Osaka and New York for Climate Week where we continued to advocate for stronger international action on reducing ocean plastic pollution. Being in these spaces helps us develop partnerships for future deployments, and by using the data we collect in the GPGP and other operations we can better represent the challenges we face and solutions that are available.” --The Ocean Cleanup Team
