There were 22 new advisories issued since Tuesday: 12 in SK, 5 in QC, 2 in ON, 1 in BC, 1 in MB, 1 in NL.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to the Town of Leader due to watermain replacement, St Isidore de Bellevue due to treatment or distribution system equipment failure or damage,
portion of Macklin due to watermain replacement, portion of Bradwell for planned maintenance. Four PDWAs were issued in Wadena all due to hydrant repair. PDWAs were issued to the Town of
Bruno due to a watermain break, portion of the Town of Biggar due to a watermain break, a portion of one street in Outlook due to depressurization. Advance notice of a PDWA was issued to
a portion of Greenwater Lake Provincial Park due to water valve replacement, effective Oct 25.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a BWA was issued in the Montréal borough of Verdun. A preventive BWA was issued to several streets in Dolbeau-Mistassini due to aqueduct connection work. In
Saint-Jérôme, a BWA was issued to one street reason not stated. In Saint-Constant water was interrupted for a few residences on one street due to an aqueduct break with a BWA
to follow. In Sainte-Marguerite de lac Masson, installation of a temporary aqueduct network required water interruption, followed by a BWA for one street in the Joli-Bois sector.
Previously issued BWAs were lifted in Montmagny, the Montréal borough of Plateau-Mont-Royal, Trois-Rivières, Saint-Eustache.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWN was issued by Garibaldi Coast to Rockmoyne Water Association due to the detection of E. Coli. A previously issued BWN to Prince Rupert has now been downgraded
to a WQA. Capital Regional District lifted a Blue-green algae advisory for Prior Lake, and a BWA for Wilderness Mountain (East Sooke). Regional District Central Okanagan lifted a BWN for
Star Place Water System.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, in Elliot Lake, a precautionary BWA was issued to Westhill Trailer Park, the Daycare and 99 Axmith due to construction work in the area. A BWA was issued on Oct 19 to
part of Moose Factory Island due to hydrant repairs; on Oct 20, affected streets were expanded. A BWA was lifted for the West Gate in Algonquin Provincial Park.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a BWA was issued to Birch River Public Water System, reason not stated, short term.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, a BWA was issued to Raleigh-No 4 Well due to the absence of free chlorine residual detected in the system.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, a previously issued BWA in Rocky Mountain House was rescinded.
