There were 12 new advisories issued since yesterday: 3 in NL, 2 in BC, 1 in SK, 1 in MB, 4 in QC, 1 in ON.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, Interior Health issued WQAs to Dog Creek Water Users due to insufficient treatment or disinfection residual, and to Sun Peaks Resort-Sunburst Water System due to
excessive turbidity.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, 3 BWAs were issued in Bay St George, (Wells 1, 3, 6) all due to system maintenance or repair.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a BWA was issued in Huron Sands due to low chlorine in the system caused by a leak.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, a PDWA was issued to the Village of Pennant due to reservoir cleaning with unacceptable turbidity or particle counts in the treated water.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a preventive BWA was issued to a part of one street in Bécancour due to aqueduct work. In Contrecoeur a preventive BWA was issued to a portion of one boulevard due to a water
leak. In Lévis a preventive BWA was issued to one street due to an aqueduct break. In Laval, a BWA was issued to a part of one street, reason not stated. Previously issued BWAs were lifted in Chelsea,
Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Trois-Rivières.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a BWA was issued to The Open Kitchen, SPWS, reason not stated, short term.
Nunavut Advisory Map
In Nunavut, a previously issued BWA was rescinded in Rankin Inlet.
