There were 13 new advisories issued since yesterday: 8 in QC, 4 in SK, 1 in NL.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, regarding the severe flood events, CRD (Capital Regional District) issued a Core Area Discharge Notice for Oak Bay and Saanich, as well as for Magic Lake Estates (North
Pender Island). Residents are advised to avoid entering the waters along additional affected shorelines, as the wastewater may pose a health risk. CRD also reported that a blue-green algae advisory for Thetis Lake, issued in early November, is still in effect. A previously issued BWN was lifted in Osoyoos; there is still
a BWN in effect for Osoyoos Agricultural Irrigation Systems 8 and 9. A previously issued BWN was rescinded for the Sorrento Water System.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a BWA was issued in the downtown area of Sherbrooke due to an aqueduct break. Two localized BWAs were issued in Rouyn-Noranda, one due to water interruption,
while the cause of the other was not stated. In Saint-Michel-des-Saints, a BWA was issued due to system depressurization. A BWA was issued to a portion of one street in Trois-Rivières
due to water interruption for installation of a new water main. Two localized BWAs were issued in Laval, reasons not stated. A BWA was issued to one street in Lévis due to an aqueduct
break. Previously issued BWAs were lifted in Saint-Lambert, Lavaltrie, Saint-Eustache, and the Montréal borough of Plateau-Mont-Royal.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to SaskWater East Treated Pipeline (Grasswood Lateral line only), effective Dec 2 due to water main repair, Highline Manufacturing and the residence
located at NE 33-38-1 W3 connected to the Town of Vonda water distribution system due to water line repair, Chamberlain due to the absence of a certified or adequately trained operator, portion
of the Village of Sceptre due to hydrant replacement.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a previously issued BWA was rescinded in Gravenhurst.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, a BWA was issued to Ferryland-Deep Cove Pond due to maintenance or repair.
Nunavut Advisory Map
In Nunavut, a BWA was lifted in the Hamlet of Pond Inlet.
