There were 18 new advisories issued since yesterday: 3 in SK, 8 in QC, 1 in AB, 1 in NS, 2 in MB, 2 in NL, 1 in NB.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, two BWAs were issued due to the detection of E. Coli in the distribution system while repeat samples can not be taken as required, one to Cape St George-Rouzes Brook,
and the other to Hants Harbour-Eastern Pond.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, Alberta Health Services issued a WQA to Big Lake due to potentially elevated levels of fecal bacteria resulting from sewage run-off that entered the lake and shoreline after a
pipeline carrying wastewater ruptured.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, 2 localized preventive BWAs were issued in Saint-Lambert, one following water interruption, while the cause of the other was not stated. A preventive BWA was issued to several
addresses in Saint-Constant due to an aqueduct break. In the Township of Low, a precautionary BWA is in effect due to maintenance work at Low Area Pump Station. A BWA was issued to several streets in
Laval, reason not stated. Two localized, preventive BWAs were issued in Lévis due to aqueduct breaks. A preventive BWA was issued in the Southwest borough of Montréal.
Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Nova Scotia, a BWA was issued to Clover Farm (Lunenburg), reason not stated.
New Brunswick Advisory Map
In New Brunswick, a Boil Order was issued in Riverside Albert due to power loss.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, BWAs were issued to Strathclair PWS, and to a portion of RM Roland PWS; advisory causes were not stated and both are categorized as short term.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to Griffin due to a power outage, Stewart Valley also due to a power outage, and in Quill Lake due to water main repair.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a previously issued BWN was lifted for Grindrod Water System.
