There were 6 new advisories issued since yesterday: 3 in QC, 2 in SK, 1 in ON.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, Four long-term drinking water advisories on the Mississaugas of Scugog Island water treatment systems were lifted on Dec 15. According to Indigenous Services Canada, "the advisories,
in place since October 2008, were lifted after a new water treatment plant was built and extensive upgrades to the water distribution system were completed." The 4 advisories had been issued to The
Scugog Band Office, Health Centre, Commercial Water System no. 1, Commercial Water System no. 2. A First Nation Short Term BWA was issued to Wunnumin Lake PWS.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, a PDWA was issued to a portion of the Town of Radville due to treatment or distribution equipment failure or damage. A First Nation BWA was issued to Saulteaux No. 159A-Birch Lake PWS.
A First Nation BWA was rescinded for Carry The Kettle Assiniboine No. 76 PWS.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, A previously issued BWN was lifted in Osoyoos; another is still in effect. The previously issued BWN in Sumas Prairie (severely impacted by the flood events in November)
has been rescinded.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a BWA was issued to one sector in Saint-Jérôme, reason not stated. A BWA was issued to several addresses in Saint-Constant due to an aqueduct break. One street in
Lévis is under a BWA due to an aqueduct break.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, a previously issued BWA was lifted in Trinity.
