There were 8 new advisories issued since Friday : 3 in NL, 2 AB, 2 in QC, 1 in BC.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, First Nation BWAs were issued to Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation PWS and Little Red River Cree-Fox Lake PWS; both are categorized as short term. A First Nation BWA was lifted for Cold Lake-English Bay.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, BWAs were issued due to system maintenance or repair, to Clarence Cove, Campbellton and Fogo Island.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, Northern Health issued a BWN to Sciame Properties; the pump was replaced but the operator failed to shock chlorinate the system, which probably explains why Total Coliforms were
detected in two consecutive sample results. Concerns were also expressed regarding well disinfection as well as replacement parts.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, 2 localized, preventive BWAs were issued in Lévis, one due to an aqueduct break, and the other due to a broken street valve.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a previously issued First Nation BWA was rescinded for Nipissing-Harry Couchie PWS.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, a number of previously issued First Nation BWAs were rescinded: Ocean Man no. 69, two advisories for Big River No 118 PWS (one was a DNC, the other a BWA), two advisories for
Cumberland House (Pemmican Portage and Reserve Centre), and English River-La Plonge 192.
