There were 9 new advisories issued since Friday : 2 in MB, 1 in NS, 3 in QC, 1 in BC, 1 in NU, 1 in ON.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a BWA was issued to Cross Lake Public Water System, reason not stated, short term. A seasonal BWA was issued to Skinners River Road Semi-public Water System (Lockport) food
handling facility. Seasonal advisories are in effect May 1 – Oct 31. A previously issued BWA was rescinded for Portage-la-Prairie MacDonald.
Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Nova Scotia, a BWA was issued to Enfield Estates, (HRM County), reason not stated.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a planned water outage will occur in Oyama on May 10 due to work planned on the water main south of the Middle Bench and Todd Road intersection and a BWN will be issued
by District of Lake Country when service resumes.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a precautionary BWA was issued in Elliot Lake due to area construction or maintenance.
Nunavut Advisory Map
In Nunavut, a precautionary BWA was issued in Iqaluit following water interruption for planned infrastructure work.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a BWA was issued to one street in Val-Morin due to a water leak caused by a watermain break. Two localized preventive BWAs were issued in Lévis, both due to aqueduct breaks.
Previously issued BWAs were lifted in Val-Morin, Mirabel, Oka, Rouyn-Noranda, Dolbeau-Mistassini. Three previously issued BWAs were rescinded in the Montréal area, two in Plateau-Mont-Royal and
the third in Ville-Marie.
