There were 16 new advisories issued since Friday : 3 in BC, 2 in ON, 6 in QC, 1 in NL, 1 in MB, 3 in SK.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario , a Blue-green algae advisory was issued for Lake Scugog; a sample was taken and is being tested by MECP (Ministry Environment, Conservation, Parks) for the presence of cyanobacteria.
A BWA was issued in Monteith as Public Works suspected a problem with the water supply from the Monteith Correctional Centre.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWN was issued by Columbia Shuswap Regional District for the Sorrento Water System due to elevated turbidity. Garibaldi Coast issued a BWN to Boralex Hydro Operations,
reason not stated. Vancouver Island Health issued a BWN to Winter Harbour Water due to unacceptable water quality results.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, 2 localized BWAs were issued in Saint-Constant, one in effect today and the other, tomorrow, both due to water interruption. Two localized BWAs were issued in Saint-Jérôme
due to water interruption. A localized BWA was issued in Mirabel due to equipment malfunction. A preventive BWA was issued in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a part of Carnduff due to line break or pressure loss, part of Theodore due to water line repairs, part of Whitewood due to line break or pressure loss.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador , a BWA was issued to Humber Arm South-Dormody Brook due to water entering the system or facility, and after a 20 minute contact time lacking the minimum free chlorine residual.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a BWA was issued for Seymourville PWS, short term, reason not stated.
