There were 14 new advisories issued since Friday : 6 in MB, 4 in BC, 3 in QC, 1 in ON.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a BWA was issued to the City of Morden due to failure in the treatment process while the monitoring system allowed poorly treated water to enter the system. On the previous day,
the City of Morden had declared a local state of emergency due to area flooding. BWAs were also issued to RM Dufferin, RM Thompson and RM Gimli, reasons not stated. A BWA was issued to a part of
the Town of Gladstone, reason not stated. A BWA was issued to River Creek Estates (Lockport), SPWS, reason not stated.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, Fraser Health issued a BWN to Westfield Court MHP due to unacceptable levels of microbiological contamination detected in the drinking water supply. Interior Health (IH)
issued a WQA to the Edgewater WS due to excessive turbidity. IH posted BWNs that were originally issued on April 1st and April 15th respectively: River Stone Water System due to unacceptable water
quality results microbiological, and a part of Osoyoos due to insufficient treatment or disinfection residual.A previously issued BWN was rescinded by Regional District Central Kootenay for South
Slocan Water System.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a Do-Not-Consume Advisory was issued by the City of Montréal to one building in the South West borough, reason not stated. Two localized BWAs were issued in Lévis,
one due to public works, effective tomorrow (May 3) and the other due to breakage of a main sewer pipe.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a BWA was issued to one street in the Township of Fauquier, reason not stated; the advisory was reported by Porcupine DHU. A previously issued BWA was rescinded in Elliot Lake.
Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Nova Scotia, previously issued BWAs were rescinded for Enfield Estates and Sunken Lake Campground.
