There were 21 new advisories issued since Friday : 3 in SK, 8 in QC, 4 in MB, 1 in ON, 3 in BC, 1 in NS, 1 in NB.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, Semi-public water system BWAs were issued to the following food handling facilities: Spice Enroute (Winnipeg), Frantz Inn (Steinbach), Pulford Community Living Ctre (Winnipeg).
All are categorized as short term. The Town of Carman issued a precautionary BWA to a portion of town due to water shutoff to complete a main connection.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWN was issued by the City of West Kelowna to the entire Lakeview-Rose Valley Water Service area due to elevated turbidity. This advisory upgrades the original WQA
issued on March 31. Garibaldi Coast issued a BWN to Alta Vista Rd Water System due to non compliance with potable water quality standards. Interior Health issued a BWN to the Village of Slocan
due to insufficient treatment or disinfection residual with water treatment equipment failure.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a preventive BWA was issued to the La Croche sector of La Tuque due to a water leak. A number of addresses are under a BWA in Laval, reason not stated. In Bromont a portion
of one street is under a BWA following water interruption for public works. In Papineauville a BWA was issued due to sample analysis results indicating the presence of bacteria in the municipal
aqueduct. In Sainte-Adèle a BWA was issued to four streets due to water system repairs. Provincial Government-issued BWAs are in effect for Halte routière (MTQ) non-municipale system
in Amos, and to the Sainte-Félicité municipal distribution system, reasons not stated. A preventive BWA was issued to addresses in several Montréal boroughs, Côte-des-Neiges-Hill
Circle, CDN-NDG, Ville-Marie and Plateau-Mont-Royal; the advisory cause was not stated. A BWA was issued in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu on May 27 and was rescinded yesterday (May 29).
New Brunswick Advisory Map
In New Brunswick, a Boil Order was issued to the Village of St Quentin due to elevated turbidity.
Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Nova Scotia, a BWA was issued to Glooscap Campground (Cumberland County), while a previously issued BWA to Scotia Pine Camground was lifted.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a portion of the Village of Loon Lake due to planned maintenance, one street in Macklin due to water line replacement, a portion of the Village of
Cochin due to line repair.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a BWA was issued in Algonquin Park to the Opeongo Access Point. Several previously issued BWAs were lifted in the park, so in addition to this new one, two previously issued
advisories are still active, the DNC for the Visitor Centre and BWA for Whitefish Group.
