There were 19 new advisories issued since yesterday : 6 in SK, 7 in QC, 2 in BC, 2 in MB, 1 in ON, 1 in NU.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a preventive BWA was issued to one street in Chicoutimi, reason not stated. A BWA was issued to several addresses in Laval, reason not stated. In Kirkland a preventive BWA
was issued to one street, reason not stated. In Ormstown a precautionary BWA was issued due to a water main break. Two preventive BWAs were issued in Saint-Eustache, reasons not stated; one
advisory is in effect tomorrow. A BWA was issued to one street in Lévis due to an aqueduct break. Previously issued BWAs were lifted in Outremont and Bromont.
Nunavut Advisory Map
In Nunavut, a precautionary BWA was issued in Iqaluit, applying to the 100s, 200s, and 300s. A similar BWA applying to the same addresses was rescinded only yesterday. A previously
issued BWA was rescinded in the Hamlet of Whale Cove.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWA was issued by the District of 100 Mile House due to a major loss of water with some contaminants possibly having entered the water system; the advisory applies
to all users of the municipal system except those in the Exeter area. A WQA was issued to all Kimberley water users due to current water quality rated as only fair due to increased turbidity.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, partial PDWAs were issued in Pense and Wynyard due to system depressurization. In Cochin a PDWA was issued to one street due to water main commissioning. In Macklin
a PDWA was issued to one address due to water main replacement; three previously issued similar PDWAs are still in effect in Macklin, each applying to just one address. A PDWA was issued to
a portion of Moosomin due to a water break. A First Nation BWA was issued to Fishing Lake-no 89 PWS.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, BWAs were issued to Winnipeg Beach Public Water System and to Pikwitonei PWS; advisory causes were not stated and both are categorized as short term.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a BWA was issued by Porcupine DHU to Rollys Restaurant (Ramore), reason not stated.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, a previously issued First Nation DNC was rescinded for Sunchild-Westend Pumphouse.
