There were 24 new advisories issued since yesterday : 7 in SK, 1 in YU, 4 in QC, 7 in BC, 2 in ON, 2 in NB, 1 in AB.
Yukon Advisory Map
In Yukon, a precautionary BWA was issued to residents of the Village of Carmacks and Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation who use private wells, due to rising Yukon River levels.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, Northern Health Authority issued a BWN to Bob Quinn Highways Camp where the last sample submission was June 2021. Two samples from different locations showed the presence
of Total Coliforms. NHA also issued BWNs to Bulkley Field and Stream due to unsatisfactory water result received (overgrown with total coliforms), McBride CWS due to increasing turbidity, Poplar Grove Trailer Park due to unsatisfactory water results received with 29 total coliforms, cause not yet determined. NHA issued a DNC to Babine Lodge and Campsite due to unsatisfactory water result with cause unknown. Arsenic level exceeds Maximum Acceptable Concentration (MAC) and there is no treatment installed to remove arsenic or bacteria from the water. NHA issued a WQA to Quesnel CWS due to chemical sampling showing consistent manganese concentrations above the MAC in 5 of the 6 wells. Vancouver Island Health issued a BWN to Lighthouse Point Water System, reason not stated.
New Brunswick Advisory Map
In New Brunswick, a Boil Order was issued in Dieppe, applying to the St Anselme and Fox Creek zone due to a watermain break. A First Nation BWA was issued to Elsipogtog - Camp Nogemag SPWS.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a portion of Herbert due to a watermain break, West Chatfield Beach Seasonal Line only due to line repair, portion of Greenwater Provincial Park due to
water line repairs. portion of Prince Albert Rural Waterworks due to treatment or distribution system equipment failure or damage. Two PDWAs were issued in Macklin due to watermain replacement,
effective June 20. The City of Prince Albert issued a DWA to one block due to valve and water repair. Previously issued First Nation BWAs were rescinded for Piapot and Canoe Lake Cree.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, a First Nation BWA was issued to Tsuutina Nation-Redwood Meadows PWS.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, First Nation BWAs were issued to Couchiching PWS and to Whitesand PWS; both are categorized as short term.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a preventive BWA was issued in the Montréal borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville. A preventive BWA was issued to one street in Lévis due to an aqueduct break. A BWA was
issued in the La Baie borough of Saguenay, reason not stated. A BWA was issued to a part of one avenue in Laval, reason not stated.
