There were 12 new advisories issued since yesterday, 1 in BC, 1 in NB, 1 in SK, 2 in MB, 5 in QC, 1 in AB, 1 in NS.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a localized BWA was issued in Baie-Comeau due to an aqueduct break. In Macamic, a preventive BWA is in effect due to technical problems at the filtration facility.
Provincial Government-issued BWAs are in effect for Aztec Camping (Granby) and Maurice Proulx Aquaduct (Beaulac-Garthby); advisory causes were not issued. In the Montréal area, a
preventive BWA was issued in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough, while previously issued BWAs were lifted in Saint-Laurent and PMR boroughs.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, BWAs were issued to West Island Cottages (Norway House) and River Creek Estates (Lockport); advisory causes were not stated, and both are categorized as short term.
New Brunswick Advisory Map
In New Brunswick, a Boil Order was issued to two addresses in Oromocto due to water supply interruption with a risk of backflow.
Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Nova Scotia, a Do Not Consume Advisory is in effect for residents of Granville Ferry who are on the Granville Ferry Water System due to water quality problems and the possibility
of unsafe water. A previously issued related advisory for Annapolis Royal is still in effect.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, a blue-green algae (cyanobacteria) advisory was issued by Alberta Health Services for Sturgeon Lake.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWN was issued by Northern Health Authority to Nordic Water Company (Prince George) due to unsatifactory results.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, a PDWA was issued to the village of Maymont due to elevated turbidity.
