There were 19 new advisories issued since Friday: 5 in BC, 7 in SK, 1 in QC, 2 in NL, 3 in MB, 1 in ON.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWN was issued by Interior Health to Silver Creek Elementary School (Hope) due to unacceptable water quality results. Vancouver Island Health issued a BWN
to one address on Cortes Island due to unnacceptable water quality results. Fraser Health issued a BWN to Gordania Estates (Rosedale) due to unacceptable levels of microbiological contamination
detected in the drinking water supply. Garibaldi Coast issued BWNs to Howe Sound Pulp and Paper (Port Mellon) due to water treatment failure or malfunction, and Mocassin Valley (Hagensborg)
due to insufficient water treatment. A previously issued WQA was lifted for Westshore Water System.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a portion of Carlyle due to planned maintenance, Caribou West Co-op Pipeline due to depressurization, Invermay due to water well maintenance,
Village of Meacham due to depressurization, portion of Kinistino due to valve repair, localized area of Rosetown due to planned maintenance, the Special Service Area of Welwyn due to water
break repair.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, BWAs were issued to a portion of Elton, public water system, a portion of Gladstone, public system, and Bry-Mar RV Park, public system; advisory causes were not
stated and all three are categorized as short term.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a BWA was issued to Johnson Township due to water shutoff.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, a BWA was issued to one street in Happy Valley Goose Bay due to emergency water line repairs. A BWA was issued to Placentia due to inadequately treated
water having been introduced into the system due to fire flows, flushing operations, interconnections, minor power outage or other pressure loss.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, in Laval a BWA was issued to a portion of one avenue, reason not stated. BWAs were rescinded in Saguenay and the Montréal borough of Plateau-Mont-Royal.
