PDWA remains in effect due to low and inconsistent levels of chlorine in this water system. 
INSPECTION Comments: CSW does not have a water rights license. No pumphouse/plant exists. No rechlorination is taking place on this pipeline. Meter is in a manhole and is inaccessible. Continuous chlorine disinfection is provided at the buffalo pound water treatment plant.
