SPILL July 11 An oil leak from a service line in the area of Imperial Oils north marine cargo dock was reported and cleaned up by 11:15pm Thursday evening.  Imperial stated that the spill into the river was not related to the marine vessels currently docked and that they will be conducting downriver water monitoring as a precaution.
