WQA in effect SEPT 16 for the LOWER ZONE due to the potential for elevated Manganese levels during hydrant flushing.

Residents are advised to use a safe alternate source of water for preparing baby formula for infants and young children if water is discoloured or turbid, due to the potential for elevated manganese levels. 

WQA UPDATE OCT 8. The advisory (issued Sept 16 for the LOWER ZONE) remains in effect during hydrant flushing due to the potential for elevated manganese levels and unacceptable turbidy.
