MARCH 11, 2026 - BWN remains in effect. Total Coliforms and background bacteria continue to be detected in samples.

JANUARY 20, 2026 - BWN remains in effect. 

OCTOBER 6, 2025 - BWN remains in effect. 

MARCH 25, 2025 BWN issued due to high turbidity levels resulting from wave action in Skaha Lake, there is an increased likelihood of coliforms present in the water.

NOVEMBER 28, 2024 WQA remains in effect. 

OCTOBER 11, 2024 the Skaha Estates Improvement District was downgraded to a Water Quality Advisory (WQA), it is recommended for those with a weakened immune system that water for consumption or use be boiled or use an alternate supply of water for drinking, food preparation, brushing teeth and making infant formula.

JULY 23, 2023 BWA issued due to challenges with source water quality and adequate treatment resulting in numerous tests showing unacceptable water quality (coliforms repeatedly found in the water supply).
