DO NOT DRINK WATER OR EAT FISH FROM THIS WATERWAY due to contamination of the groundwater supply originating from a nearby, federally owned property where Fire Fighting Training was conducted from the early 1970s to the mid-1990s. 

PFAS have been found in the soil, surface water, groundwater, fish and chicken eggs (nearby farm). Lees Creek empties into Trout Lake, the source of the North Bays Water Supply.
