SHORTAGE June 4 State of Emergency declared due to ongoing water shortage. The community of 5,200 residents have been experiencing low water pressure and limited volume due to a shallow, turbid water source. This week, their water plant sustained damage due to a lightning strike which left them without water on Monday and Tuesday, a BWA is now in effect.
