RUSSET BLUFF WS – 
AUGUST 12 BWN issued due to the drawdown in the Upper Well is such that the Lower Well needs to be put on-line to meet current demand; The Lower Well has been deemed a GARP well (Groundwater at Risk for Pathogens). This advisory will remain in effect until satisfactory sample results are reported.

WQA related to MANGANESE concentrations in water sourced from the Lower Well remains in effect until the Lower Well is taken off-line in the fall.
