AUGUST 12, 2026 - CALGARY – A cyanobacterial (blue-green algal) bloom and/or toxins have been identified in the waters of Lake Sundance in Calgary. Residents living near the shores of this lake, as well as visitors, are advised to take the following precautions: AVOID CONTACT, DO NOT DRINK OR COOK, DO NOT EAT WHOLE FISH, KEEP PETS AWAY- watertoday.ca
