April 12 the province issued a FLOOD WARNING between the Shellmouth Dam and the City of Brandon. Flooding in some low-lying areas began April 9. Currently, the river is above its banks in some parts of southwestern MB. Residents are reminded to stay safely away while the warning is in effect.
