There were 16 new advisories issued since yesterday: 6 in SK, 2 in NL, 3 in MB, 4 in BC, 1 in NS.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, a BWN is in effect for all users of the MacArthur Reedman Water System due to increased levels of bacteria in the water. A BWN was issued to Cowichan Bay Waterworks District
due to the chlorination system not working properly. A BWN was issued by Capital Regional District to Wilderness Mountain WS due to increased turbidity originating from the surface water source Wilfred
Reservoir. CRD issued a blue-green algae alert for Wrigglesworth Lake adjacent to Sooke Hills Wilderness Regional Park.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, in Corner Brook a precautionary BWA was issued to several streets due to repairs to the water distribution system through capital works improvements. In Stephenville
a BWA was issued to the Port Harmon Area, except the hatchery, following water stoppage due to a water main break.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, BWAs were issued to Ritchot Regional PWS, as well as to Churchill Northern Studies Centre SPWS; advisory causes were not stated and both are categorized as short term. A BWA was issued
to all rural users on the Schanzenfeld line portion of the RM Stanley public water system due to a break on the main line.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a portion of Raymore due to planned maintenance, Village of Consul due to unacceptable turbidity levels, portion of Biggar due to treatment or distribution system
equipment failure or damage, Town of Radville due to sewer backup, one block in Regina Beach due to depressurization, portion of Watson due to planned maintenance.
Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Alberta, a BWA was issued to Raven Haven (Annapolis County), reason not stated. Previously issued BWAs were rescinded for Chester Irving, Best View Cabins, Multi-Cup Cafe.
