There were 24 new advisories issued since yesterday, 7 in NS, 3 in BC, 4 in SK, 5 in QC, 1 in MB, 2 in ON, 2 in NL.
Nova Scotia Advisory Map
In Nova Scotia, BWAs were issued to Kitchen 1409 (CBRM), Glooscap Park (Cumberland), Upper Tantallon Circle K (HRM), Giant Steps Childrens Ctre (HRM), Risser Beach (Lunenburg),
Pictou Lodge Beach Resort, Campers Haven (Yarmouth).
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, a BWA was issued in the Buckingham sector of Gatineau, reason not stated. A BWA was issued to Mirabel-en-Haut due to a major water leak. A BWA was issued in Nicolet
due to work on the aqueduct. A BWA was issued in Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon due to work on the aqueduct. A BWA was issued to one street in Saint-Jérôme reason not stated.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, 2 precautionary BWAs were issued in Elliot Lake due to construction or repair work in the areas. A First Nation Long Term BWA was lifted for Mitaanjigamiing First Nation.
According to Indigenous Services Canada, the advisory, in place since May 2020, was lifted "after upgrades to the water treatment and distribution systems were completed."
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a BWA was issued to Fundars Market Garden- L. Merritt Support Ctre, semi-public system, reason not stated, short term.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, a BWA was issued to Norris Point-Neddy Harbour Pond due to Escherichia coli (E. coli) having been detected while repeat samples can not be taken as required.
A BWA was issued in Happy Valley Goose Bay due to water line repairs. A previously issued BWA was lifted in Corner Brook.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, Vancouver Island Health issued BWNs to Scotia Bay Resort due to unacceptable water quality results (microbiological), the Town of Lake Cowichan also due to
unacceptable water quality results, and to Sproat Lake Provincial Park, cause as yet undetermined.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, PDWAs were issued to a portion of Bethune due to planned maintenance, village of Edenwold due to elevated turbidity, portion of Kerrobert due to watermain replacement,
portion of St Isidore de Bellevue due to treatment or distribution equipment failure or damage.
