There were 20 new advisories issued since yesterday: 3 in BC, 1 in SK, 1 in PEI, 11 in QC, 2 in NL, 2 in MB.
Québec Advisory Map
In Québec, 3 localized preventive BWAs were issued in Lévis, each applying to one street only. A preventive BWA was issued to 2 streets in Rouyn-Noranda due to
aqueduct repairs. A preventive BWA was issued to a few addresses on one street in Saint-Eustache, reason not stated. In Saint-Jérôme, a previously issued BWA was lifted
while another was since issued to one sector, reason not stated. Two localized BWAs were issued in Laval, reasons not stated. A preventive BWA was issued in the Montréal borough
of Saint-Laurent. In Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, a preventive BWA was issued due to repairs to the major watermain. In Baie-Comeau, water interruption is scheduled today for the
St-Georges district due to watermain replacement; when service is restored, a BWA will be in effect.
British Columbia Advisory Map
In British Columbia, The City of Prince Rupert issued a WQA to the Section 2 portion of the city due to elevated turbidity levels. A BWN was issued by Northern Health to Cougar
Mountain Lodge B&B, due to unsatisfactory bacteriological results. A WQA was issued to the Lakeview-Rose Valley Service Area due to turbidity in the source supply, Rose Valley
Reservoir. A BWA was previously issued to a portion of this water system (Shannon Lake and Business Park); these areas are now also under the WQA advisory. A previously issued WQA was
lifted for the Upper Fintry, Shalal Rd, Valley of the Sun Water System.
Newfoundland and Labrador Advisory Map
In Newfoundland and Labrador, a precautionary BWA was issued to the town of McIvers due to completion of work on the water lines. A BWA was issued to Gillams - Meaters Pond due to E. Coli
having been detected and repeat samples can not be taken as required. A previously issued BWA was lifted in Burgeo.
Manitoba Advisory Map
In Manitoba, a public water system BWA was issued to Makefing, while a semi-public water system BWA was issued to Dusty Mile Outfitters; advisory causes were not stated, and both
are categorized as short term. Previously issued BWAs were lifted for Arborg, RM Cartier, Snow Lake, Mixed Grill, Teulong Chicken Chef, Steinbach East End Co-op, Isfeld Villa.
Prince Edward Island Advisory Map
In Prince Edward Island, a precautionary BWA was issued by the Town of Tignish due to the municipal chlorine system having been affected as a result of a severe storm.
Ontario Advisory Map
In Ontario, a previously issued BWA was lifted by Grey Bruce District Health for Cedars Resort.
Alberta Advisory Map
In Alberta, a previously issued BWA was lifted by Alberta Health Services for the town of Eckville.
Saskatchewan Advisory Map
In Saskatchewan, a PDWA was issued by The City of Prince Albert for the area north of the North Sask River following a watermain break.
